I need some help!

Technology has now been introduced into swimming.  I am guessing that Janet’s 3.5 miles will take approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.  That is a long time in the water!  Janet loves to swim, but she says it is boring.  Last week she went out and bought an iPod shuffle, waterproof ear buds, and waterproof armband so she can stroke to tunes.

We checked with the swim coordinator in St John and music is not considered assisted swimming.  The power swim allows for assisted and non-assisted swimmers to compete.  Janet is swimming non-assisted, which means she can swim in goggles and surprise – surprise - surprise an iPod is also legal.  Those swimming assisted can use fins, snorkels, and anything that is not motorized.  Remember this swim is a fund raiser, and yes some will be competing.  Janet fits into the later group.

So this is where I need help.  I have been assigned to create a 2 hour playlist for her iPod.  Help me out and leave me a recommendation for songs that will keep her kicking!  Just use the the comment section below.

At about the 1 hour 20 minute mark into her swim I am going to insert the music from Jaws... My bet she will pick up the pace!  I am soooooooo bad!
What should I add for a kick a$$ playlist?

Thanks for your inputs!
